The purpose of this form is to help us understand your organisation’s structure as best we can.
The more information we have from the start the better the project outcome should be.
Additionally, the form can highlight things you have not considered in a website project before. Remember that what one views on the internet is a small part of the whole website.
Ensuring the site works as a useful tool for your organisation is more important than the visual design. Though we always aim to get that correct as well.
Additionally, in order for a project to run smoothly we have found that it is best if we can deal with specific people that have the ultimate responsibility for certain functions. Therefore we ask that you please supply their details below.
For example do you have a head office and satellite offices, or depots/branches? Do you have divisions or regions etc? Sites or shops, and so on.
Please also tell us the number of each type of section you have, for example 1 head office, 3 regions and 24 shops.
This section is to let us know what policies etc. you already have in place. And to remind you that, if you have not yet written those that your project will need, then please get started on them now.
If we do not need access to them, then there is no need to list them.
Google Drive is the online file storage and sharing area within a Google account that we will be using to share various files and images with each other.
